Combining fjord and forest landscapes with inspiring architecture, Norway’s Capital City has it all!

Upon arrival in Oslo, settle in and immerse yourself in one of the happiest countries in the world. During your two nights in Oslo the two of you will have time to explore the city and visit famous landmarks such as The Royal Palace, The Oslo Opera House, Holmenkollen Ski Jump, or the Viking Ship Museum! The pace will pick up on day 3 with activities and outdoor experiences. It will be a long day, but one of incredible natural beauty, landscapes, and different modes of transportation!

First, you will take a train from Oslo to Myrdal. Then, you’ll embark on the historical train from Myrdal to Flaam. The Flaam Railway is one of Norway’s major and most spectacular tourist attractions. The train journey provides some of Norway’s wildest and most magnificent scenery. On the 20 km-long train ride, you can see rivers that cut through deep ravines, waterfalls cascading down the side of steep, snow-capped mountains and mountain farms clinging dizzily to sheer slopes. The Flaam Railway makes a photo stop at the beautiful Kjosfossen waterfall.

After your train ride, you will take one of the most incredible fjord cruises from Flam to Gudvangen: Nærøyfjord. This area has been judged one of the most beautiful fjord landscapes in the world and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Upon arrival in Gudvangen enjoy a private transfer to your hotel to rest after the long travel day. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and spectacular views from the terrace.
